TOFF Return & Exchange Policy


At TOFF, we take pride in offering curated pieces that blend style, comfort, and quality. Each item is carefully inspected before being shipped out. While we do not offer returns or refunds, we want you to shop with confidence—so here’s how we handle exchanges and damaged items.


Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the item you received is damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order by emailing us at info@toffbeirut.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. We’ll review your request and assist you as quickly as possible.

 

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only, and only within 2 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
  • You must contact us within 2 days of delivery.
  • You are responsible for any shipping fees related to sending the item back to us.

Once your exchange is approved, we’ll send you details on how to proceed.


Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges on:

  • Items purchased on final sale or with a discount code
  • Accessories
  • Gift cards
